Good exercise but can fall over
This is good value for moneyGood exerciseWe have to hold the base for each other as it does fall over even when completely full of water

Great speedball
Usually don’t expect much from these free standing speedballs , only ever used one that’s been really good. However the clever design on this one with the spring being at the bottom of the bar rather than top allows for a different style of speed ball rather than just the ball bouncing back the whole bar comes at you. This isn’t a bad thing but just make sure you have enough space for the bar to move around. In terms of build this is very strong and won’t move from its position as long as you have made sure there is enough water or sand. I used water which works very well as well but I’m sure even better results with sand. Worth the money good bit of equipment for young teens and even older adults.

Decent bit of kit, but the spring could be better. Moves to slowly and easily for an adult man.
Spring to soft. Should be firmer and more responsive.

Great for cardio workout
So far it seems great. I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas as he was wanting a reflex bag for cardio type exercise. Obviously he's only had it for about two weeks so I will update if there's any issues with it, but so far it all seems sturdy, the spring is strong and brings the bag back with some real power behind it (make sure you're quick, it packs a punch if it hits you), and my boyfriend says he can feel it working and really giving him a good workout after just a short amount of time whenever he uses it. When researching what reflex bag to get, there were multiple reviews across them all saying how the spring broke, base didn't hold, etc. - I think people need to remember that these are reflex bags, not punch bags.I'm no fitness guru so can't go into more depth about it than that really as I don't know what I'm talking about! But for the money it seems good and serves its purpose.

Decent product
The bag is a good weight. The stand and base are solid. Maximum height is on the short side. The spring is at the base so the pivot point is low and the bag takes a while to return. Despite the drawbacks, it is ideal for a boxing style workout. It forces you to block or move, and it feels satisfying when making good contact with 12oz gloves.

Nice, but...
Does what its supposed to do...however the top half doesn't secure very well (there are no holes for the screw to slot into) and sometimes the bottom half also unscrews (at the spring joint).
