I absolutely love this stuff! I use Neofiber on a daily basis because stomach issues are a side affect of a medication that I take. What a blessing having this product has been. If you've never use this product before, I highly recommend it. It works well and keeps me regulated and feeling great. You can mix it in anything, even water, and it has no taste. It dissolves clear and I've even had success using it in my cooking! All you need to do is stir in to your drink - briefly mix. It dissolves effortlessly, even if you mix it into a cold drink. I cannot say enough good things about this product. Absolutely the best dietary fiber powder I've ever tried!

this is guar gum period- I don't believe their marketing scheme. But I do prefer guar gum over pine bark- which is what all those others are that offer cellulose. Mixes well- very very well

WASTE OF MONEY!!! It doesn't help me at all. No difference in GI tract and been taking it for 7 straight days!

Great natural fiber suppliment. No grittiness, no taste (can add to smoothies or water). When I take before meals it makes me feel full faster. As a bonus I've lost a few pounds!

I have tried many different fiber products over the years. I have never been as happy with one has i have been with NeoFiber. Most of them that you find on the market taste horrible, are supper gritty, or require so much mixing and even then half of it settles to the bottom. I take NeoFiber every morning and just mix it with water or juice. It doesn't change the taste and mixes very well with out the grit that every hates!!! If you are in the market for an easy to take simple fiber product that works as it should NeoFiber is the one. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product.
