Portable Therapy Unit UD101

I got this machine because of my heel and tendon on my left leg were really bad and I have a little ways to walk everyday to work. I just wasn't healing so I used this on the area every other day. It was amazing. Since then I use it to loosen my shoulders and upper back and it works really great. Just remember to keep the wand moving - read the instructions fully. The pain relief is amazing.

The mail carrier “DHL espress” never rang my doorbell to deliver, never left a slip stating that they came. I waited three weeks in my apartment because I kept getting an email that they were coming back the next day but they never came. Finally I spoke with dhl on the phone on Wednesday and they told me that amazon put the wrong apartment number which is weird because all my other deliveries came. So I then gave them the new apartment number with my phone number to call me when they arrive and they did the same thing again! Then I called again on Friday and told them to hold the package for me to pick up on Monday. I drove an hour to the Long Island city facility to pick it up and they could not find the package. I called dhl customer service and they told me the package was on the truck. There were other customers there waiting for their package for over an hour. No one was at the desk either so we had to keep calling them in the phone. They didn’t have enough seats so I stood on my feet for over 45 minutes. After and hour I called customer service and was very angry. Finally they said that they found the truck and that my package was coming. That took about an hour and a half. By that time my legs were swollen since I suffer from inflammation through fibromyalgia illness. Unit is great, I recommend it. I’ve been using it for 3 days now. No significant change yet but I’ve seen it work on my other leg years ago so I will give it time.
