The new Vactec Platinum Twist and Scroll thermal immersion sous vide circulator has the latest fully stainless steel 800w heating element for power, economy and efficiency making it one of the most cost effective thermal circulators available on the market today at this price. Attached via an ingenious and easy to use simple rear clamp mount, this is suitable for use in any cooking vessel, be it round, square or flat, with a maximum water capacity of 22 ltrs. Due to its compact size, it can be easily stored when not in use. The main function of these machines is to circulate the water which in turn leads to improved temperature consistency with a working temperature from 20'C to 90'C, with very precise accuracy of 0.001'C. Manufactured in high grade stainless steel, this Vac-Tec premium 800w thermal circulator has a clear LCD display, low water detection alarm, simple to use soft touch controls, 0-99 hour timer and a pump flow rate of 7.5 ltrs per minute. In accordance with manufacturers instructions this item must be de-scaled regularly, especially in hard water areas, to ensure the heating element functions properly. De-scaler is available to purchase separately if you need it.
