Spotify on a stick.
Superb bit of tech. Load up, drop out. The trouble with listening to Spotify on a smartphone is the constant interruptions. You'll go back to the days of listening to an entire album. No flicking or searching for other stuff mid listen.I treat it as a tiny Sony Walkman. I load an album up before I set off walking to work. I leave the smartphone at home and take my old Nokia for any vital communication.

Battery life is failure, 3 hours instead of promised 4
I bought this for long runs and especially for Berlin Marathon, but what a failure. The promised up to four hours battery life was not even close. It lasted about 3h 5mins, and it was NEW. And I ran marathon just below 4 hours. And the music is really important especially in the end of the marathon when you need to fight the most, and now I didn't have that as the battery was dead almost 1 hour too early.Cannot recommend, and will return this. Would be also doubtful to buy the new model if the promised battery life is 25% less AS BRAND NEW. I might understand that battery life can go down after one year, but not as a new product. Or maybe mine was a broken one...So beware and check your battery life immediately when you buy, so there is no surprises

Good product for working out with Spotify tunes
I love Spotify and I love the gym (but didn't want to take my phone to the gym because I don't wish to be distracted by calls and emails) so the Mighty sounded a perfect fit for me.It is a nicely robust device and the clip is strong enough to defy gravity while I'm working out. Sound quality is good and it has a great range of volume.Only downsides for me were that it only has a four hour battery life (I like really long workouts) and that I found the instructions for getting started with the Mighty a little sparse, the interface of the device itself has limited buttons so you have to pay attention to the colour of its flashing lights and know what the various colours mean in order to understand what is going on. Frustrating at first but not too bad once you get used to it.

Where have you been the last few years
I currently have to use two separate pieces of software and write off the best part of an evening, in order to transfer my Spotify playlists to an Ipod Shuffle. Thankfully, now that I’ve bought the Mighty, those dark days are now behind me. Opened the product & charged it as instructed. Whilst charging I downloaded the app, connected to the device and transferred three of my playlists. Checked they played OK which they were, and it was good to go. It was all over and done in no time, really was that simple.

Deeply disappointing
I'll confess I was quite excited by this idea and jumped on it...usually I'll wait till a concept is 'bedded in' before jumping ship because often an early product has too many issues to make it worthwhile. Unfortunately, I fell into the trap. The Mighty has been a disappointment from day one. First of all, it didn't charge - it turns out that for some unknown reason the Mighty will only charge with certain chargers, so it's no use trying to buy your own replacement. This meant having to go back to Mighty to ask for a replacement. Customer service was OK - they were quite defensive but to be fair to them they did eventually provide a replacement charger. The app is poorly made and definitely not user friendly. To do anything on the app you have to connect the Mighty to bluetooth (which takes an age) and it also has to reconnect to your wifi (which takes an age). It feels quite clunky. Ideally, you'd want to be able to add playlists and sync as and when. This is probably what was intended, but because the Mighty and the wifi take a long time to connect via the app it ends up being a chore to do this, as opposed to simply a couple of quicks. Also, it often takes a while for the app to remember your spotify login. What's been more disappointing is that there are issues in connecting to my bluetooth earphones. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Very frustrating. I spent an hour of my Sunday today trying to get to the bottom of the issues to no avail. Just about ready to put it in a drawer and never turn it on again! The final straw for me was trying to look at the website to fix it and the website kept taking me back to home page!! Ugh...In short, someone's had a great idea, but they've failed to execute it. Frankly, I'm disappointed Spotify signed off on this because it is a shoddy product and my life would've been better off if I hadn't bought it!

Love this love this love this
Amazingly light - great sound - fantastically convenient. It's brilliant that I don't have to take my phone on runs or to the gym. Only problem is it's so light you have to vigilant about making sure you don't forget it on your clothes and throw it in the wash.

A terrible product that promises a lot and fails to deliver
I'd been looking for an MP3 player to hook up to my Spotify account and use in the gym as I like to leave my phone behind when I'm training. So when I found the Mighty I was really excited and bought it immediately.Unfortunately, the product fails to deliver on all counts. The user experience is totally unintuitive and the battery life is terrible. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts to use it, I've left it in a drawer where it belongs.
