Don't Believe the Hype
Bought this directly from the manufacturer only because I needed it faster than I was concerned I'd get it. I did a LOT of research on this bag before I decided to purchase it and got a lot of misinformation.Here's what it does:Holds clothes.Here's what it DOESN'T do:-Allow you to fill more than half the compartments in the hanging closet, and none of them all the way. I put 6 days worth of clothes in consisting of one pair of jeans, 6 t-shirts, 6 undershirts, 6 pairs of underwear, 6 pairs of socks and a small toiletries case and even compressed, the closet was about 40% too big to be able to squeeze into the suitcase to fit. Even if I would have reduced my load by 2-3 days it would have been a tight squeeze.- Allow you to put anything in the other side of the suitcase. The closet is so wide, it takes up any usable room on the left side of the suitcase. So really, the only thing you can put in the suitcase is whatever fits in the compartments, so nothing that can't compress.I will say this- the outer part of the suitcase looks nice and feels very sturdy and unbreakable. I never used it after trying to pack, so I can't vouch for the way it handles, but the handles seemed solid, too. It's just the case doesn't function as advertised for any sort of a feasible trip unless you're headed to an overnight stay at someone's house and you have a separate backpack for anything that isn't compressible.The case is too small to really be worried about not being able to find anything in it and rooting around. And I hope Amazon's return policy is better than the manufacturers. I'm going to be out between $40-$50 between paying to return this and taking the hit on their shipping to me.

Not worth it
Ordered direct from the company. The case arrived defective - the left latch didn't close. I was stuck paying ~$30 to ship them back their defective product after a month of dealing with slow and poor customer service. Don't waste your money.

I love the shelving system it has
I can't imagine travelling without this now. I love the shelving system it has. Ideal for when I have to travel for a quick work trip.
