This is for my mom and because of memory problems, I have to reiterate nightly what I'm doing and what it's for. At first she didn't like it and was removing it after I left the room. In less than a week she accepted it. I still find it removed in the morning, but if I get up in the night I don't hear her breathing through the mouth, and believe me, breathing through the mouth magnifies the sound which can be heard in the living room. I have to tell hospice about each little change with my mom, and the nurse made sure it didn't cause pain, redness, irritation, residue, and was easily removed. Even commented she'd like to try it on her snoring husband!

I think the mouth tape works well and I have noticed a difference in my sleep! I have a small head/face so I find it more comfortable and effective to wear the tape horizontally. When I tried it vertically the strip almost reached to my nose and pretty far down my chin, it also allowed me to breath out the corners of my mouth so was less effective. Each sheet comes with two strips, but I have cut them in half for easier single use and disposal each night.I am still able to wear my nightly skin care and lip mask before bed with no issues. I also have very sensitive skin and have not noticed any reactions to the adhesive.I have been using the tape for a month and only had it fall off once because I had peeled and retapped it four times (it still sticks if you adjust it two times).

I breathe through my mouth and when I wake up my mouth is super dry, I have dried secretions at the back of my throat and have to cough it out . That’s my morning! Someone told me to use mouth guard. So, I found this product online and it looked decent and nice and worth the try. On the first try, it worked very well. It stuck on for the whole night. It is pliable and gentle on my skin. 2nd night same thing. It’s consistently quality product everyday. I’m so happy. Most of all, I get a good night rest and my mouth is no longer dry.

This is a great product, helps to keep my mouth shut and, my CPAP to work better. Before I started using this tape I would wake up several times during the night with dry mouth and in the morning my mouth would be circle with dry debris. Now I wake up in the morning no dry mouth and little or no debris. As long as I need a CPAP I will use this tape. Thank you again for such a great product.

I use your mouth tape every night. In fact, I use two. I had had some serious dry mouth problems that damaged some teeth. My dentist recommended mouth tape. That was about a year and a half ago. I have used your product ever since. My only complaint is that occasionally (one package in particular the entire box of tapes) there isn't complete coverage of the adhesive, leaving large parts of the tapes without adhesive. Consequently the mouth tapes didn't stick well. So I would wake up at night with terrible dry mouth and have to reapply new tapes in the middle of the night. Other than that problem, which only happens seldomly other than the one box, I am very satisfied with this product.

I have been using Sleep Tape for over 6 months now. It helps me sleep better, and my partner says that I snore much less. Sleep Tape is easy to apply and adheres very well - even after taking off briefly to reposition it. I particularly like that it is not noticable as I fall asleep, and comes off in the morning without any pain at all. I highly reccomend using Sleep Tape every night.

I LOVE the design of this mouth tape (I’ve used many). It’s super sticky where I can take it off if needed and put it back on and it will stay in place as normal (I have not experienced this with other mouth tapes) however, it does not hurt or pull too much at the skin when you go to take it off. Will buy again!

When I first saw this while browsing for mag-charge devices for our phones I was intrigued and on a whim placed it in the cart. I have a nasal turbinate which has swollen on the right side making it difficult to breath when I sleep on my left side. I thought this might work to hold the tissue open if I attached it to the right side of my nose and cheek. Alas, it did not but my wife wished to try it herself. In the traditional upright X pattern she chose to try the first time it was fine but she arranged it in the laid down >< and likes it much better. MikeC
