Having wasted so much money on single use throw away batteries and leaky rechargeable ones, I finally went in search of reliable rechargeable batteries to use with my Pentax X-5 camera. They had to pack a strong enough punch so that I didn’t need to scrimp on using the flash and yet last long enough for me to take all the pictures I needed in one outing. I soon found out that there are a lot of batteries out there and many that have failed to impress.I went for this Digimax variety, due to a very strong recommendation that I received from another camera buff and it is fair to say that I have no regrets. The batteries arrive in a discharged condition and so will require a full charge before use. I have since then, really hammered them and almost daily. They charge quickly, they perform well and even during several days without use, they show absolutely no signs of losing that charge when just sitting dormant in the camera. Unlike many batteries that I have read about, they have no memory effect.The price I paid for 4 x AA 2850mAH Ultra High Capacity rechargeable batteries is amazing bearing in mind the cost of ‘one use’ batteries. The fact that it is advertised that you can use them up to a 1000 is just mind blowing, if I only achieve half of that, my savings on disposables would have been enormous.This is a really good product that I strongly recommend to others.

Just what the doctor ordered - high capacity batteries at an excellent price and delivery well before the designated date. The first four took quite a while to charge but the remainder charged up much more quickly. They are used in my Canon EOS 60D battery grip and are much, much cheaper that the normal camera battery. I now also have only one charger to include in my luggage for holidays. Strongly recommend both batteries and seller. 5 stars and more. I know where to come should I ever need replacements

I believe that these batteries are at the extreme end of storage capability for a cell of this type. I can believe it too because they get phenominally hot when charging. So much so that I only ever put two (with spaces in between) on charge at once. But when they are charged they're brilliant. Last ages. I use them to power LED lights in bedrooms and sitting rooms and with a 50 light strand they'll go for 4 or 5 nights (in summer) before recharge. Good but watch out for the heat.

I have had these for several months now. brought several packs and have used them many times. What i have found is you do get the odd dud battery that does not charge . secondly if you do charge and leave them maybe for a day before putting them in the item you will find that they have decharged quite a lot, so will need to charge them again. other than that if you put them in the item straight they do have quite a long charge. For the price,reasonable

I bought these rechargeable batteries recently,They were very cheap, I thought they might be rubbish, but I was wrong, very wrong, they are fantastic, they are certainly better than Duracell batteries, in my Metz flashgun, they can really recycle and charge up the flashgun with ease, where as the Duracells are just not up to the task in the same way, so these batteries are really first class for the money buy them and seeHighly recommended

These seem to be a good buy - they arrived charged up - or at least I was able to put them straight into the radio and it has run for quite a time without needing to be charged. This was good as it saved me having to mess around charging the batteries before I could hand over the present.

bought these to use in my flashgun with Canon eos digital camera. Had them for over a year now and can say that they perform excellently. Hold a charge for weeks on end whilst sitting unused in the flashgun then give me loads of use for each charge.

The batteries arrived promptly.When they arrived they are not the same as the picture. They are not Samsung batteries at all. They are from a firm called "Extreme". I base my buying decisions on reputation and reviews.I also feel silly because I was attracted by the line in the title "Another Amazon Top Seller", idly believing it to be an Amazon strap line. Of course another look shows you it's simply the vendor attaching this to the name of the product.The batteries might be good they might be bad. I don't know Extreme and given the choice I wouldn't have chosen them. Not worth returning the item so I'm stuck.EDIT - Knocking off a star. The "Extreme" batteries are a millimetre longer than my other AA's (Duracell). Fine for most things you'd think, and maybe a way to cram more charge in, but they don't fit the beloved Amazon-sourced Sea Horse lullaby toy these batteries were purchased to power.
