🎸 Elevate Your Sound Game!
The Morpheus Bomber is a cutting-edge pitch shifter that allows musicians to manipulate sound with precision. With features like a 3-octave foot-controlled dive bomb and versatile pitch shifting options, it replicates the effects of a whammy bar while offering unparalleled control and creativity.

One Trick Pony -- but a great trick!
I bought this effect for my Nord Electro 3, which doesn't a pitch wheel (but should have one). The Bomber produces very clean, transparent bends, even when bending more than an octave. The controls are simple and straightforward. It doesn't really do the 'Whammy Thing,' so if that's part of your expectations then you'll probably find this lacking. But some of the best effects can be described as hard to tell that they're on -- until you turn them off -- and the Bomber falls into that category. At 2 semis in either direction, my Electro's Clavinet still sounds like a Clavinet; in fact, the same is pretty much true at an *octave* bend. Would I love it for the lead in Audioslave's 'Like A Stone?' I'm not sure. But as a digital capo and whammy bar substitute, this pedal shines!

It lived up to my expectations...
I'm a bass player and I bought this unit specifically to dive bomb certain notes. It does that well, so I'm satisfied. The pedal is gawd awful big and makes a huge difference on a pedalboard, but I knew that coming in.It's really awesome looking too.

Meh...
It works and almost passes. But it sounds simulated and kinda funny. I think if I could I would go back and spend the money on another guitar and drop tune it. I'll keep it never know it might come in handy for something.

Three Stars
Needed a pedal to drop one half step. The Morpheus DropTune does that. The Bomber does not.

I love mine
Since this thing can be set to have different extremes for full up and down pedal position, it can be used to give you open-tuning chords that cannot be played otherwise.(Because it would stress the neck and/or snap strings.)Mainly, you can change key via glissando.Further, put the Morpheus on one amp and a different pedal chain in parallel on another amp. You can then make some really unique sliding effects with whole chords, with one chord being...say an E, and the Morpheus Bomber doing the same thing...but as the next higher B.Lots of possibilities. Not the only dog at the show for this genre of pedal, but worth a hard look.

This is cheating!!!
One word - awesome! Definitely one of the coolest pedals I have played in years. Like having a floating trem system installed on any guitar. Very cool to be able to go full whammy bar playing a hard tail Les Paul. You can set up the pedal so that depressing it either lowers the pitch (bombs) or raises the pitch (climbs) in defined increments - 2nds, 4ths, 5ths, octave and double octave. If you work with the pedal in 2nd increments, it's very easy to mimic the sound of slide guitar on a standard tuned guitar. Very cool stuff here!

weirdest pedal i own
its pretty strange im gonna take awhile to do really cool stuff with it I think.. still this sort of effect is getting kinda pervasive in metal I listen too.. so I could make some familiar sounds with it right out of the box!
