This stuff works so much for weight loss. Provided you have a already balanced diet and you workout like you live in the gym.It's also good if you can't get tomatos. Or if you are worried about the tomatos having pesticides or harmful ingredients sprayed on them.

Reduces BPH hyperplasic cell creation
Lycopene reduces BPH hyperplasic cell creation by reducing DHT synthesis that leads to it. Also must take B-sitosterol simultaneously for the same reason. Previously, I got up every 90 minutes at night; now, only every 180 minutes, and without a prescription anticholinergic like Tamsulosin (a.k.a. Flomax) that I'm allergic to anyway.

You can take your tomatoes in a pill.
This review is for ML Naturals Natural Lycopene 30 mg (High Potency) 120 Vegetable Capsules (4 Month Supply) and I have to start off by saying that the name on the product page here is misleading. You get 30mg of Lycopene is you take two so the 120 capsules would then give you a 2 month supply, not 4. On the bottle, the serving suggestion is 2x capsules, then there is a sticker below that stating 30 mg 120 capsules (4 Month Supply). It's hard to know which amount to take because there is no RDA (recommended daily allowance) % for lycopene. Whether you take 1 or 2 per day though, you get the potential benefits of lycopene without eating all those tomatoes. I appreciate that it is a single ingredient supplement as that make it easier to add to ones I'm already taking. The bottle also states that it is made in the US, is non GMO and 3rd party lab tested. What lab certifications and what the results are I suppose we'll never know. I went on their website to see if there might be any further explanation of the 3rd part lab tested claim and my browser didn't want to let me advance to the site because it's certificate had expired 172 days prior. I did eventually get on only to get to the product page which just took me back to Amazon. I took this supplement without issue, but I always check with my doctor before starting a new one and make that same recommendation to everyone else.
