Nice, especially for the price.
It's handy to be able to take food to lunch and heat at my desk. I cook a lot at home and usually bring leftovers in. This thing works well, and it's large enough to carry 2 full lunches, easily.I'm not exactly sure why there is a plastic case inside. I didn't read the details.It gets HOT. Enough to cook your food more. Takes 30 minutes or so for the average amount I bring in.I would be happy if there was a lid for the insert, so I could just carry that part back and forth. Having extra inserts would be nice too. I don't always get it washed right away, so it would be nice to have 2-3 in case dishes aren't cleaned.But, for the money, it's a steal.

Great for hot lunches when you are on the road
My husband drives truck at night, it's hard to eat cold sandwiches every night. This heater box lets him warm up hoagies and have small meals kept warm until he is ready to eat...there is not always a stop on his list with a microwave, so this works good

Does great job as advertised
Great product for truck drivers. Compact design. Can only use on 12 volt because it blows fuses if hooked to 110 inverter. The 4 laches on lid make it extremely difficult to open while driving. But very pleased overall.

Not the best
This is my second heated lunch box. The first one lasted almost two years, but it was a different company. I should have just stuck with the first one, But instead I wanted to give this one a try. I've only had it 3 1/2 months and almost all the clips have broken off so it leaks. Will definitely not buy again.

Does not heat at all
Despite of having so many good reviews. Please don’t waste your money on buying this. Total waste of money. Had food for 1 hour but still food was not warm.
