I have bought many thai curry pastes IN THAILAND during many many visits to Thailand and I am a pretty good thai cook bu now. I do make my own curry paste but this is the one I recommend and use as a stock item when I am in a hurry and for me is most authentic. Tried many brands. To be honest it is cheaper than many in Thailand but it is very good. Cannot believe it costs 5 GBP here!! In thailand it probably costs 80 baht.
