Headache!
I hate giving bad reviews, especially when others had positive responses. I installed this unit with 8 cameras but NEVER could get all 8 cameras to show on monitor. The best I had was 4 but normally 2 on average. I even purchased 3 additional Extended Antennas in hopes that they would improve repeater capabilities. No change whatsoever. Also, although the camera connections are very simple, any other instructions needed within the control/monitor do not exist. You must contact tech support who is a woman of Asian decent and (for me) very difficult to understand on the phone. Therefore all communications were via email. Email isn't the best option when you're trying to make settings or adjustments "right now." The pc and smartphone apps to access your cameras from afar are just as bad. I could open the app once. If I logged off and attempted to reopen the app all I got was a frozen image of the app logo. I literally had to uninstall and reinstall the app to open it again. I'll leave my review at that as my intent is not to slam Isotect but only to share my experience.

Great system for the price
Works great. The few cameras I've installed so far have excellent transmission signals, even thru an 8" concrete wall and an interior wall (about 40' from monitor). This being my first security system with nothing else to compare to, I find the pictures are very good (night time is black and white). Intend to use this only as a stand alone system, such as local monitoring and recording around the home with the included monitor, so I can't rate on remote viewing capabilities (cell phone, computer, etc.). Had a question for tech support and they responded quickly.

Great System, Awesome Customer Support
Before purchase, I read a review stating there was great customer support on this system, which led me to upgrade from my previous QSee wired system. I have to say I agree. Instead of leaving negative reviews when an issue occurs, I’ve contacted customer support and they made the issue 100% right every time. You can’t go wrong with great customer support. Tech fails, that's life, the question is...now what? This company answers the “now what?” like pros.

No instruction. Three cameras not connecting even after multiple resets.I have tried contacting this business and am getting virtually no assistance.The asurian service plan hasn’t helped one bit.A total waste of time and money.Do Not Buy! One expensive lesson learned.

Do not buy.
I inspected 4 cameras...1 would not work on night vision. The mouse did not work. After several hours of trying, it would not hook up to my smart phone at all. The system is extremely poor. Do not buy it. Mine was returned

Great cameras if you want to pay $500 for one month of functioning equipment.
Worked great for about a month. One camera went out and we cant get it back up and functioning. Have contacted the company multiple times by email and haven't heard a word back. These are far too expensive to only work for a month and to have no customer/tech service to back them up.

Awesome system! Crystal clear pictures and easy to set up. Had a problem with one camera and tech support was very responsive and solved the problem with one email! Very pleased.
