TULSA KING follows New York mafia capo Dwight “The General” Manfredi (Academy Award nominee Sylvester Stallone), just after he is released from prison after 25 years and unceremoniously exiled by his boss to set up shop in Tulsa, Okla. Realizing that his mob family may not have his best interests in mind, Dwight slowly builds a “crew” from a group of unlikely characters, to help him establish a new criminal empire in a place that to him might as well be another planet. This Season 1 release includes all 9 episodes with over 90 minutes of bonus content that goes behind the scenes with the cast and crew in 6 never before seen making of featurettes. Review: Good show - Great show! I’m not into these types of shows, but I couldn’t stop watching! Review: A Gift for My Husband - I purchased this as a present for my husband. He really enjoyed watching every episode. A great series by Taylor Sheridan (Yellowstone). High recommend this series to anyone.

Fantastic show
Great 1st season. Stallone was born to play this part. Can't say enough good things about it and definitely worth the price.

A Great Storyline For A New Series
This series first season is well written and the actors do a great job in getting across the story line starting from the very beginning. Sylvester Stallone leads the way so the viewer understands just what is happening. The story of a man just released from prison who takes charge of his life without compromise makes for a very interesting change going from the New York crime scene he was a part of before prison to being sent to Tulsa where he takes the necessary steps to build a new life without compromise.

Worth the price
This is more of a program review: I enjoyed both seasons 1 and 2. lnteresting plot and story lines that easily held onto my 70 years old brain's attention. Slightly longer episodes would have allowed for better character development to enhance the drama underlying the varied story lines. Unlike Breaking Bad or Game of Thrones, I will not likely pop Tula King into the DVD player for a second or third watch a few years from now. As for the DVD's price - compared to purchasing every available streaming service, or a night out for two in a cramped shoe-box theater with il mannered people and over-priced snacks, it has very good entertainment value.

Stalone is great but the people who sell dvds are not.
WHY IS IT BUT ALMOST EVERY TIME I BUY DVDS OF A SERIES THERE IS ALWAYS ONE OF THE SETS THAT IS BAD. I ENJOYED THE FIRST DISC, JUST SO HAPPY WITH THE SERIES...I MEAN STALONE, ITS GOING TO BE GREAT. THEN I GET TO THE SECOND AND ONE OF THE EPS. STARTS SKIPPING. I'M ABOUT FIT TO BE TIED. WHAT IS GOING ON, DONT YOU CHECK TO SEE IF ITS PERFECT ? NOW WHAT, I PAID FOR A SERIES THAT I DONT GET TO WATCH ? AGAIN ? This is a great serues and Im so disapointed that I cant enjoy every minute of it. But You gotta buy the Tulsa King ..Sylvester is great as usual, I just hope you get better dvds, good luck...
