However it does last in the system for a few hours.

No effect whatsoever

Like all these type of supplements you need to review the ingredients and potential side effects/interactions with any conditions or medication you may already be taking - probably best to speak to your GP if in doubt.These have very similar ingredients to other products I have tried, they're in a fairly generic box with no medical leaflet at all inside and the tablets are just in a blister pack with an expiry date on them.I took one of these on an empty stomach and a glass of water a good 45 minutes beforehand and then like other products I started to get a bit of a flush and I was good to go. Whilst they were effective I did feel they didn't have as good a lasting effect as others I have tried and like others I did have a headache afterwards which soon went with paracetamol.In summary, fairly decent value for money as they seemed to work for me but like all of these things they may not have the same effect for you.

I have used the same sellers alternate product which blew anything I have tried prior out the water. I didn't think I could find something better however, when trying this I was left amazed. If you have tried all the others stop wasting your money on the others which don't work try this you will not be dissapointed.
