Having a problem taking oral magnesium, I hoped this might be the solution. It is and it isn't. Magnesium in oil form applied directly to the skin dries into a crust which felt uncomfortable to me. I tried diluting it in water and spraying it on but didn't like it that way either. In the end I changed to the Ancient Minerals lotion form, which is sticky and hard to rub in but a better solution for me.
