I used a lot of sport mouth guards and they were always too big and bulky. This was thin and slim and exactly what I need and wanted.

I liked that I could custom fit it by molding it. Because of the custom fit, it works better than other I have used. The carrying case is also a nice extra.

This night guard is sized for an average mouth, so if you have extra large teeth, or really crooked teeth, it may take more effort to get a good fit. A "second heating" might be necessary to perfect the fit. The included thermometer was a great help, and I'll use it in my kitchen for cooking -- what a great bonus!I've had numerous custom night guards from different dentists through the years, some costing hundreds of dollars only to be terribly uncomfortable. This is an affordable alternative that does the same thing, you just need to do the work to get it to fit your mouth properly.RECOMMENDED

I clenched my jaw and grind my teeth at night. This is working ok so far. Though my gripe is that the written instruction seems poorly translated with sentences and words that don't seem to make sense or are just plain confusing. I like that the mouthguard comes with a digital thermometer so you can get the temperature of the water to be exact. HOWEVER, the instruction gave a Fahrenheit temperature when the digital thermometer is in Celcius. The instruction has a Celcius value in the graphic next to the instruction but if you're not paying attention and get the water to be 160 degrees according to the included thermometer, you would damage the mouthguard and destroy it even before you get to use it. To reduce confusion, the instruction should have only used Celcius given that the included thermometer is only in Celcius. You can put the Fahrenheit value in parentheses if they want to be thorough.While this is nitpicky, confusing instruction can make or break a product. given that the instruction stresses the importance is getting the temperature correct during the molding process, the instruction should have been made clearer in that aspect. For this, I'm deducting one star from the overall rating.I'll keep using this mouthguard and see if it makes any difference in my quality of sleep. I'll continue to update this review with any findings I come across. For now, this is working fine.

I’ve used about every type of bruxism device out there and none are a good substitute for a fitted mouth guard but this would work in a pinch or for a short period of time.

I just need something for now and these seem like they will fit the bill. It's easy to do and are okay in comfort. Just not sure how durable they will be.

So I have a small mouth and a small bite. This was a little uncomfortable for me. But it was easy to set up and form. Do you have a bigger mouth? This is probably good for you.

Clear instructions. Easy to use. Works well. Reasonably priced. Fits as expected.
