Exactly as pictured and described. This chandelier met and exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for the RH replica, I can tell you this comes very close. I went back and forth to the showroom and everything is nearly identical, including the wiring. We spent a lot of money redecorating the room but I still couldn’t justify the cost if I had the purchase to it at a lower cost without losing the look. I’m so thankful I took a chance on this fixture. Another good tip, if you want less light, just use less bulbs and you’ll hardly be able to notice.

Beautiful chandelier. We used cool white LED candle light 4 watt 4000k E12 base bulbs. Worked perfect looks just like we wanted. I can’t compare this to the restoration hardware unit but I would never pay thousand of dollars for a light fixture.The light arrives in a huge cardboard box with sterophoam the protect it. Our box arrived damaged and cut open on one side but luckily the unit was not damaged. The light itself weighs 59.5 pounds. It is not light at all and I don’t know how just one person would be able to install it. It literally took 3 men to install it; myself being one of them. This chandelier was such a pain in the behind we almost just gave up. I don’t know how hiring a single electrician or someone from amazon would be able to install this alone. I don’t think it’s even feasible with the weight, size in circumference, and the fact that there is crystals all over the sides and bottom. My hands are large and I had trouble getting them inside to screw in the light bulbs.I don’t know if we would buy it again with how difficult it was to install. I also saw previous questions regarding if it is UL tested, the response was to call their customer care number. It either is or it isn’t. For anyone that doesn’t know what that means ( I didn’t either) here is the description:UL Listed Mark (all variations) UL Listing means that UL has tested representative samples of a product and determined that the product meets specific, defined requirements. These requirements are often based on UL's published and nationally recognized Standards for Safety.So If this unit isn’t UL tested; I would not recommend it. I’m not going to call them to find out; it should be listed in the amazon listingZ.

We received this chandelier last week and I am in love with it. We didn't have any issues with bent bars as previous reviewers have noted. We did have a few rows of crystals that look longer/shorter than others. I was able to adjust most of them by bending the wire that holds the beads on. Installation was pretty quick, but the chandelier is heavy. My husband used his Jawhorse and built a quick support from 2x4s that held the light at the correct height while he wired it.The chandelier was wrapped in plastic and packed in styrofoam. When we unwrapped the plastic, small styrofoam pieces were everywhere inside and it took blowing it out several times and lots of vacuuming to get it all.The light bulb is not a specialty bulb as previously noted. Any 25 watt or less chandelier bulbs will work. If you go to a store to get these, they won't say E12 and I think that can be confusing because that size is listed on the instructions that accompany the chandelier and it doesn't say that any chandelier bulbs will work. I bought these bulbs from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MST19VV/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for just under $3 each and they look great! They give off a nice cool white light, but I think you can also get them in warm white.Overall, I am really happy with how this looks and the installation. If you are someone that will be bothered by the slight differences in crystal lengths, go for the RH version, but otherwise this is a really beautiful chandelier.

It’s very pretty, but the crystal beading is quite uneven. If you’re a perfectionist, definitely not for you. Ours also came with one of the light fixtures broken! The bulb screws in, but then blinks a bit and goes out. Our electrician said that whole part is faulty and has a short in it. See the picture. I wish we knew that before paying $800 to install it! I saw them talk about all of their guarantees and customer service, so I was sure they’d have a solution. You can text with their customer support, which earned the second star! However, as polite as they were, their reply was “all the pieces are checked before they leave the warehouse, so I’m not sure what we can do”. Save yourself $800 ($1,600 total with installation, it’s HUGE) and buy a piece where you can confidently avoid being stuck with a broken chandelier!

The Crystal Halo Chandelier is absolutely beautiful! It is a real showstopper when you enter our dining room. It is the first thing you notice when you walk down the hall to the dining room. The glass crystals are amazing and spectacular. We are extremely happy that we selected this chandelier for our home!We could not be happier with our purchase.
