I've used a few different brands of these electric pruners. This one is my favorite. It cuts very well, and the battery lasts a long time. It's easy to use, light in weight, and cuts fairly thick branches.

This prunner cuts good, hope batteries will last. The prunner feels cheap made plastic, the power on / off switch also feels cheap, like battery power kid toys. But it cuts good. If batteries will last then it is a good prunner.I came back to update my review after using it to clean my tree branches this morning. I would say this prunner is a must have in your house. Very good prunner, it cuts tree branches like butter. It is so convenient to have, now tree branch cleaning is no longer a tedious job. Hope batteries will last.I used it for two hours on one battery and it is still going strong. It can cut branches up to two inches, more than than then just give it a couple squeezes and it will cut it through. Have not owned it for a long time so I cannot rate the batteries life, but as of right now batteries seem to hold the charge good. Compared to bigger brands like Dewalt, Craftman, Ryobi this is a better deal because 2 batteries are included. I would recommend to buy this, don't hesitate.

This will work you to death if you have a really big yard as I do, I was dragging brush all winter that I cut off with the pruner. It is simple to operate, and the batteries last a long time.

I was skeptical at first, but they turned out to be a great set of cutters. Went through a branch that was about an inch thick. I have not tried anything larger than that.

I love the way they work but it's frustrating to have one battery died within 3 months.

My shrubs were getting out of hand and I was not strong enough to use the hand shears. I found these on Amazon and gave them a try, they did the job and much more. The battery seems to last forever and it cuts large branches. I was very impressed and one of my favorite purchases. It works as described, even comes with gloves! Very safe for anyone to use.

Bought these clippers in late April. I loved them untill the batteries failed to hold any charge. 5 months is all they lasted. Would not recomend because of this. UPDATE; After reading review, vendor has offered me a full refund. I will update when I get refund.

I've used these electric pruners now twice for about 4 hours total - each time cutting branches up to 1-1/2" in diameter. I'm still on the same battery charge! No swollen hands from my old hand pruners, and the blades are still sharp after 4 hours total use. You will experience some initial nuisance in the noise they make with each cut, but it wears off and you'll come to love the ease of use. The white gloves have holes in them from thorns, but still offer some nice grip. Oh, and the gloves are for smallish hands.Again, no battery drain or blade wear after 4 hours cutting Mulberry, Crepe Myrtle, gardenia and scrub tree branches. For the price, a bargain.
