The taste is like licking an ashtray. I tried using it in different flavored smoothies, but they all tasted like someone put a cigarette out in it. I just ordered tablets, so now I can sneak past the taste. I don't want to take away from it's benefits, but for me the taste was more than I cared to deal with.
