ATECH Micro Wireless Receiver 5.0 Portable Car Receiver 3.5mm Aux Adapter for Earphones/Headphones/Car Audio System Compatible with Smartphone Tablet MP3 and More (Black)

Arrived today, threw it on my closest USB-C charger. Nothing. Tried a different one, nothing. What good is having a USB-C port if it's only compatible with the included USB-C cable?

Below are the issues which I have faced after using this device:1. When we navigate to Google Maps, there is a delay (or small cut in the initial voice)2. When we are on WhatsApp call, and if another normal call comes up - the Bluetooth connection disconnects - but the icon shows it is connected.3. When we connect our normal wired head phones, the mic which we have to the wire disconnects and the device mic piece works - nothing but when we want to take a call, for sure we need to keep the device very close to mouth - like onto Collar etc.,4. If we pair the device with Bluetooth after some idle time it is getting disconnected (but the Bluetooth icon shows connected) we could not hear the audio at all.I will return this device...

This is a wonderful product overall and exceptional value for the money. It’s not perfect, could use 8-9 hour battery life and the Bluetooth connectivity doesn’t seem as strong as traditional wireless headsets. But... it’s versatility and the fact I no longer have EM radiation in my head is priceless. I’d pay more for longer battery, a dual lightning and standard port and an industrial design feature to wrap my headphones around. Overall great job for a startup.

Great product. I've only used it for a day, but my overall first impressions are it was money well spent. Charged quickly, paired easily, sounds and operates better than my previous usb c to 3.5mm adapter. It's astonishingly small and lightweight which makes it great for most use cases. Only problem I had with it is the connectivity range isn't the best and you may experience distortion if you aren't close enough. However, it's more than worth it at this price and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a small portable bluetooth receiver.

The sound quality is great although it has a problem with staying connected. The unit is rated for 33 feet distance, but it loses connection inside my pocket while the devices it's connected to is in another pocket. It makes it really unusable.

I use it with my Bose headphones and iPhone XR, every time I change the volume, I can hear one beep, besides that, great product and still able to use my noise cancellation headphones, so I save a lot of money not buying new headphones. The battery doesn’t last for to long. Yes... worth it.

Don't buy a BT receiver that doesn't have a reset hole. This thing freezes and your only hope to use it again is to wait a few days for the battery to die.
