Pretty good for the first two weeks, I lost 3lbs the first week and 4lbs on the second week. And these past two weeks it's been a 2lbs per week weight loss, which is still a good stable weight loss. I do go to the gym 5 times a week, walk every day and cycle 2 to e times a week. So in addition to a healthy diet and exercise these pills do work, in just over 6 months I've lost 3st 2lbs, which I'm happy with. I still have 6lbs to go to meet my target, so hopefully these tablets will keep on working for me!I do recommend these for anyone who is also willing to put the hard work in with regards to diet and exercise :)

The only thing ive noticed is:If you wait untill you feel hungry and then take a capsule with a full glass of water"so its washed into the stomache fast" It does INDEED STOP THE HUNGER FEELING!!YOU NEED TO MAKE A CONCIOUS EFFORT TO NOT EAT OR NOT EAT RUBBISH FOOD OR SNACKS!ITS NO MIRACLE CURE AT ALL.JUST STOPS THE HUNGER FEELING WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY!!THE HARDEST PART FOR ME IS HAVING HEALTHY FOODS IN THE FRIDGE IN THE FIRST PLACE.No ive not recieved a discount for an honest review.THIS IS MY HONEST REVIEW!!

Don't taste it , as you swallow them whole!! Noticed no difference in weight loss than when not taking them. Gave me tummy cramps and constipation.....

I’m always sceptical when I see reviews about products like this, and doubt if it actually does help in any way as many I’ve tried haven’t done a thing....and trust me, I’ve tried many, but this honestly has helped me. So much so that I’m on to my third order for myself and I’ve ordered some for my mum too.I’ve been trying to lose weight for at least a year now and I’d do that cycle where you lose two pounds and put on three, over and over but since I started using these I’ve lost nearly a stone in around two months.Obviously I’ve also overhauled my diet too, they wouldn’t work if you’re still eating mountains of terrible foods, but I know for sure that they’ve made a big difference as I was eating exactly the same way before and hardly losing anything. So I can say for sure that in my case, these tablets have been fantastic.I’m terrible for eating when I’m not even hungry, especially when I’m bored. But these tablets really do reduce my appetite by a great deal. I have to remind myself to eat now even when I don’t want to. Amazing, especially for someone like me who can eat and eat the whole day.If you were trying to decide whether to try them then I’d say go for it! They’re a bargain too so even if they don’t work that well for you, you won’t have really lost much.I’d pick the refill packet option as you get just as many tablets but with cheaper price.

Day two so obviously early days but seem to help me feel full after eating and don't feel the need to snack during the day. Don't know if I will purchase again due to health reasons of the ketones and strongly suggest that anyone buying really does their research first, it can be dangerous if you don't due to the ketones.

Unfortunately this product did not work for me in losing weight. I would try anything for a month and would suspect that most products would at least give some success.Started my trial at 13stone 1 lbs, i had a healthy diet with no sweets, deserts chocolate and no soft drinks (milk, tea and water being the only drinks allowed) replaced my carb. diet of crisps with healthy snacks of veg, chick peas etc.and had good balance of protein and healthy fats using a YAZIO app. Also started a daily 10,000+step routine and a 15-30 min cardio workout.At end of trial was 13stone. However i do feel a lot more fit, alert and most likely have gained more muscle, replacing some of the fat.Unfortunately i did not measure waist or body fat at start and end of trial but i do notice trousers a bit slacker etc.Is it fair to say it didn't work? yes and NoDid i lose weight - NoDid i feel less hungry - No, ( i endured mind over matter battle every evening wanting to eat more)Did i gain muscle - Yes (most likely due to exercise)Overall - i don't feel this product worked for me. I'm borderline over my BMI, 43 years of age and just find it difficult to loss weight.
