Medicine storage
Excellent medicine caddy. Holds all your regular medicines. Has a main storage section and a tray section that sits on top which is handy. Keeps medicines, tidy, organised, dry and in one place.

Handy container for first aid products.
A bit small but has proved a very useful box for all the plaster, painkillers and creams.

Hmm, more like a child's toy...
It's not worth £15, more £6 absolute maximum. It does feel like the sort of thing you'd buy from Poundland or a similar discount store. The latch is quite flimsy and doesn't feel like it would last long at all.The inner tray is quite annoying to put back in, to get it sat on the tiny ledges that it's supposed to rest on, it also slides about if you move the box. It's pretty cheaply made with an expensive price tag.Reminds me of something you'd give to a child to play with, rather than it being a robust useable, lasting item.I actually wished I'd purchased a different one after receiving it!

Good box
Would of liked. It to be an inch taller and wider as I have a lot of medications and devices. It's strong with a good catch and would be more than efficient for it's intended use.I needed something to hold all my meds when travelling away from home. Good quality plastic and next day delivery. Very pleased and am happy to recommend.

Does the job
First the reviews are a bit mean .This first Aid box is actually OK. So it's approx £15 which is not expensive .what do you pay to see a band at a gig etc mega .This item is a distress item ,one would hope not to use .Appearance is a neat tidy box designed for first aid products , not to big and not to small .One review has said its what you would get in pound shop, but that is not so as its made of reasonable quality plastic a bit thin but otherwise OK.( NICE LATCH TO KEEP LID ON) , but strong enough .Its not a toy . TECHNICALLY this is present for a mother and a 13 year old girl so the item has been handed in and my review has come to end after examination. of item briefly .Check out reviews past first 6 to find much more favourable comments etc 4.5 stars .Epilogue has since one week later purchased a second Milton first aid box ,whats good for mother and teenager is also good for myself .what didn't mention was I purchased white hinge refill packs of first aid products blue black packages and most fit in unit and a tube of Germoline cream. Small .Goes in top tray section for it I would imagine Savlon cream will fit as well small again. ( Section in tray)

Has NO COMPETITORS whatsoever!!
The media could not be loaded. If ever there was a product on Amazon which had no competitors, this Milton Medical Box surely has to be one of them. It is one of those products which a buyer loves to buy since the reviews and the price don't create a single doubt in the mind. I personally took less than 5 minutes to buy this product after I was fed-up with the degree of mismanagement of medicines in my house and the absence of any first aid at one place. When there is very less to talk about the comparisons of a product with similar products, it is only good that I delve right into the merits and demerits of the product itself.PROS•• EASY TO IDENTIFY: The Milton Medical Box comes in a clean white look with deep red coloured handle and lock alongwith a globally recognised plus sign in green background which which makes it very easy to identify. This feature becomes very important during an emergency when the working members of the house may not be present and someone comes from the neighborhood to help someone in pain. This box has such a distinct look that even a stranger would know where the first aid is.•• EASY TO CARRY: Sometimes it becomes very difficult to manage all your daily medicines and first aid at different places of requirement. It might be a possibility that you are going on a long trip with your family by road and you do not want to carry different medicines in different bagpacks which are very difficult to find when the need arises. This is where this medical box does it's job by being extremely portable with its ergonomically designed handle. Also, when the doomed emergencies do occur it is required that the first aid comes as quickly as possible with all the necessary requirements. Only such a medical box which has a handle like it can fulfill this requirement.•• EASY LOCK MECHANISM: The lock mechanism of this Milton Medical Box is so user friendly that you can easily open it just by the use of one single hand( I have uploaded a video showcasing the same). You just have to use the index finger and the thumb of your preferred hand to easily open and close the box. I don't know if people realise the utility of this feature but I can guarantee that it does wonders when you are really providing first aid to someone and there is no one around to help.•• SEE THROUGH LID: The Milton Medical Box comes with a transparent top cover which helps in quickly identifying what to find and what not to find in the box. This feature can be really helpful for the elderly people in our house who usually have a weak eyesight and tend to become dependent over others for their daily medicines. With this box they can easily have their medicines without taking anyone's help and thereby enjoy the pride of being independent.•• COMPARTMENTS AND SEGREGATION ALLOW EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT: This Milton Medical Box comes with a segregation which divides the box into two parts. This feature allows you to segregate your important and non important medicines. There are always some medicines in every house that are used daily and some that are used once in a while. With this medical box you can easily segregate your medicines in two such groups so that you don't have to grapple with a huge bunch of medicines everyday. Also, you can easily tear off 2-3 tablets from the important medicines sachet( which can be really big at times) and keep it in the compartments provided in the detachable segregator to save on some time as well. The best thing about this segragator is that it is less than the width of the box which provides you with some special space to keep those bottles of medicines which are tall or which have to be kept in an upright position.•• EXTREMELY SPACIOUS: This Milton Medical Box is extremely spacious. I have kept 10-12 sachets of different medicines and 4-5 ointments in this box but it is still left with a lot of space. I don't think that you would have to look any further than this box if anyone in your house is in any kind of discomfort.•• MORE THAN WORTH THE MONEY: It is quite astonishing that something which costs only ₹231 is so accomplished in every sense. There is no reason why everyone should not have one of these in their house because it is simply perfect. Even the MATERIAL QUALITY is better than what I expected at the price which makes this medical box extremely DURABLE. I guarantee that this Milton Medical Box promises a long haul in your house because it ain't going to break.CONS•• VULNERABLE LOCK: Eventhough I have heaped a lot of praise upon this Milton Medical Box, there is one thing which is a bit annoying about it. Sometimes the lock doesn't work smoothly and you will have to try 2-3 times to securely close it. However, this only happens when you try to be too quick and don't try to understand its mechanism. Once you are familiar with its mechanism there is the least chance that you will not open or close it at one single attempt. The overall experience of this Milton Medical Box is well above par. I have been using it for more than a month now and it seems that it is the perfect thing that one can ask for. It is easily the best medical box that you can find anywhere. Considering the price at which it comes, it is more than BANG FOR ONE'S BUCK!!

lightweight & a little cheap overall - but OK
It does its job! It's light and the material/latch is cheap, but we mainly just wanted a small box to put all of our kids meds into for my MIL's house to keep them together and easy to find. So it does it's job. Great if you aren't using it everyday or even for a kids kit/toy

Nifty little organizer box thats a life-saver!
I'm just one of those normal guys who search for a cream or tablet when we need but don't bother to keep it in a proper place. :-) After family became bigger, the amount of medicines (tablets/syrups/creams etc) grew exponentially. So I knew I had to get it all organized at some point in time and hoped that this medical box may be the solution. It turned out to be an awesome solution!SIZEFirst of all, please check the dimensions of the box before buying. Its a small box. Don't expect something that's as large as a suitcase. I guess that's the impression that photos give :-) So if you have a sick or aged person who needs to consume an higher quantity of medicines regularly, this box would be pretty much full. The lower compartment can take only 3 bottles. The box cannot accommodate bottles on the left side as the tablet compartment takes more space.COMPARTMENTSThere are 3 smart areas in the box. The top portion has several split areas to house tablets. It has a decent height and you can keep 5 rows of tablet strips if the width is not too large. Once you lift the tray, you get the main compartment where you can keep the syrup bottles and creams. I ended up using that to also keep all the folded prescription letters.USAGEYou can ask "Why can't we just use any other normal/cheap box to do this task?". I can answer it with 2 another questions "Why can't we watch a movie in Micromax or karbonn mobile? Why do we prefer a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge?".When I begged by family members to keep the creams/balms/syrups in one place, it never happened. When I asked them to keep it in one plastic box or bag, it never happened. Now, all of a sudden, they want to keep it organized neatly in this medical box. Not sure if the first-aid logo made them do this :-). Irrespective of the cost (which may certainly be a little higher), the return on the investment is definitely high. We are swiftly able to pick any medicine and all members of the family know where the box is kept.ADVANTAGES:* Helps with organizing medicines in one place. You will be amazed by the usefulness during emergencies.* Trusted brand Milton with decent plastic quality and locks* Adequate compartmentsDISADVANTAGES:* Cost is slightly higher* Size could have been a bit bigger* The lower compartment can hold only 3 or 4 bottles. Only very short bottles can be accommodated after that.CONCLUSIONGo for it and keep your medicines organized. You never know when you will need to access something urgently and this box hasn't let me down. I've ordered 1 more for my parents.Checkout some of the photos that I've uploaded to get a better idea of what you are getting. If you found this review useful, please hit the "YES" button. Thanks a ton!

UPDATED REVIEW
I bought this product to store the following:Citracal - 200 pillsD3 - 150 softgels2 regular size prescription bottlesMelatonin - same size as prescription bottlesAspirin - 500 tablets, lg bottle1 oz bottle of eyelid cleanserI couldn't fit it all in. I had to lay the Citracal bottle and the D3 bottle on their sides, because even without the top tray, they wouldn't fit.The prescription bottles fit fine, standing up, but only if the top tray was removed.Of course, the 1 oz spray bottle of eyelid cleaner fit fine, because it's so tiny. The aspirin? No way was that going to fit, so I have to find some other container to put household OTC drugs in.So, if all you have are a few regular-sized prescription bottles and maybe a slim box of bandaids, this would be ok.Otherwise, maybe give it a pass.UPDATE: I upgraded my stars to 5, because if you pack the box right, it does hold enough. And the sturdiness is amazing. I actually fell on the first one I bpught, and although it cracked on the top it still held up. That was impressive.I did want to replace it, though, and I bought 2 more - one for OTC stuff, and one for my daily meds. Yes, I still had to remove the top tray for the daily meds box,but not for the OTC one. There is room in the daily meds box for a couple of more prescription bottles besides the ones I previously listed. The OTC box now contains: ibuprofen, antacids, BC Powder packs, allergy push-pill packs, and acetaminophen (in Ziploc baggies); eye drops and cotton wipes; a comb; and the top tray contains nail clippers/scissors, hair ties, energy boards, cortisone cream, oximeter, and a thermometer. There is stil room in te space below the tray, too.So, it holds quite a bit!I now highly recommend these boxes, especially when they go on sale (I got mine for $13 each).
