Spring catch broke. Otherwise grinds well.Update: seller reached out and offered a refund or replacement. I took the replacement, it shipped fast and it is working great. Will update again if needed. The kief capture is also superb.

This a well thought out design. I have some paralysis in may hands and I've tried several different electric and mechanical grinders. This one is by far the easiest and most efficient. Some reviewers complain that the top does not screw on. I find this to be the best feature. If you've ever used a similar, crank-handle, grinder design long term, with a screw on top, the threads bind because they get filled with a powder-like substance. These type of grinders get harder and harder to use until they jam completely. But this grinder has no threads, I expect to use it for a long time. The grinder itself is a slightly larger and more ergonomic design. I appreciate this because it can be difficult for me to hold smaller grinders. Even the spring-loaded, catch drawer is great; it just pops right out with a gentle push.

WorkED great. They should use handles on more grinders is what I thought at first. Really cut perfectly - at first.I saw the bottom of the grinder and thought it was an extra large container for the ground up bits, as it flares out.I was mistaken.It is actually made with a little drawer that all of the ground material goes into that pops out the front. It has a screen on the bottom, which makes me wonder if whoever made this knows what the screen is for and does? The huge cavity is supposed to be used for.... What?If I take the drawer out, there's a big square hole in the side that ground material falls right out of. I suppose I could cut the drawer up, or seal the opening, and unscrew the bottom half to retrieve what I grind up...But I don't want to hack this thing up. That feels wrong somehow. Maybe after it's a month old, then I'll start messing with it.....Edit-Not only is that drawer useless- the only redeeming quality- the handle - broke after less than 20 uses.Do not buy. Is not strong enough. Bad design. Decent idea, bad deaign and execution.

The grinder is very stylish and the hand crank is solid and the catch tray is my fav part for its a push to click and then you pull it out and click it when you put it back in

This is an excellent grinder. Very easy to use. Works well and the price isn't to bad either.

Love the feel...decent quality, but the crank does not hold up to any type of resistance. I keep tightening the top nut and it helps slightly but soon goes back to spinning. Frustrating because it makes it almost useless unless I put my hands all over the product and break it up into smaller pieces. What is the point? Please tell me this is a defect.

If you take care with it and treat it gently you won't break it. I think it's the best 'herb' grinder in the world. Very pleased!!

Wheel comes loose even after tightening, grind is not fine enough.awfull mechanism all around.

How easy it is to grind with,I have arthritis in my hands and that is the best I have tried. Thanks.

This does such a great job of grinding my weed. The size is perfect, I get a good amount of weed in one go and it’s very comfortable to use. Grinds it up uniformly and easily. Love the little drawer, you can just dump your weed from there right into the paper. Easy to take apart and clean out.

The media could not be loaded. Cute and loved it til it broke after six days. I used it maybe six times. The little drawer won’t close as you can see in the video.
