Great price and good quality product

For the money, this is an amazingly good piece of kit. (And it's now even cheaper than when we bought ours.) We now have masses of videos of the hedgehogs in our garden. Our only problem with it (apart from wishing that batteries lasted longer) is that the date and time keep resetting, which gets tedious.

Don’t get me wrong but photos and video quality is good the problem is getting them on to your laptop/pc I searched for 1 day to find a video player that would play videos camera quality is ok for the price,mounting bracket is a waste of time very cheaply made the bracket did not hold camera up over night,company need to work very hard on there customer care

Tried everything why isnt it working

Bought this to confirm what was destroying the garden . Works well . Clarity very good for the price of the unit

This was my second trail camera. The first lastedjust overa week before it stopped working. The second would not record after being set up. I am very disappointed as the first unit gave me the results I wanted until it failed.

Put 8 YES 8 NEW batteries in it and when I turn it on it just counts down from 15 to 0 then turns off. I tried taking some test pictures but can’t find them as it says no memory saved?? Not very intuitive to set up which is a shame as it is good value for money. User guide is useless aswell. I’ll be sending back I’m afraid
