This is a solid built phone holder for the ebike. ALTHOUGH, I have a Samsung galaxy s21 in a otter box case and it just fits in the holder. So it works but if it was any bigger it would not fit. If I didn't have the case on it it would be perfect. BUT, it works as it should, it's just tight.

Got this one for bike number 3, which happens to be my wife's. It's a bit different than my other ones on how the phone is secured and released. This one doesn't have the corners that automatically adjust to the size of the phone, i.e., my others you pull the corners out, place the phone in, that the corners automatically retract, this one you have to manually move the corners outward by the push slides on each side of the holder. To retract the corners to secure the phone you basically push on the phone with presses a button behind the phone and corners fall into place. The corners edges are big enough to hold a phone that's in a case.Installation to the handle bar is a bit more cumbersome. With the hoop design that latches completely around the handle bars, it'll definitely stay on the handlebars, it's getting it over the bars that is the issue. You have to remove the tension screw completely and then spread the opening apart. Once over, then you need to select which rubber insert you'll need to make sure it doesn't slide around, as without the insert, it will definitely move around and won't stay in place once you hit a rough road or any bumpy trail.Once on, it does ok staying put. The phone section is a bit tight sliding onto the handlebar mount. I had to use the silicon lubricant to help aid in that process. This holds the phone well. Not real crazy about the slide outs that need to be pressed to release the phone, as it limits what can go next to the holder. They protrude out a good inch or more on each side, and on a bike that has lights, computer, gopro, and this phone holder, that area gets tight.The tension screw for the adjustment of the holder to the base is plastic, over tighten and you're buying a new holder, just be aware of that.

This was installed on a Himiway bike, and works good on a iPhone with a case, but will not work if you also have a pop socket. It’s well made and easily adjusted.

The design and functionality of this cell phone holder is very satisfactory. I use it on an e-mountain bike. Mount is well built and secures the holder tight. I am a little disappointed that the material in which it is built is flimsy and cheap, probably won't stand up well for how I use it, but would be adequate for smooth road applications.

The phone holder was a little bit of a pain to install but got it on my bike and what I found most annoying was having to stretch the corners to get my phone to fit in. Once it fit, then my phone didn't move around too much as long as I was on a smoothish road. It does twist and turn and sometimes it does move on its own, but at least my phone is held in. Not too bad for a quick use.
