This product is of good quality, easy to use, as it helps to reduce and relieve neck pain. Although it is not so comfortable when you rest your neck on it because it is a bit hard, but it does help to massage your neck and relieve you of neck discomfort and straightens the posture of your neck. It is value for money.

I would love if it was cushioned, I suffer from neck and back pain, I find it very ridget. I do use it occasionally.

Have been using a block of wood before so this device is way better and more comfortable, and value for money. Thought, I'd try it and if no good maybe try a more expensive one. But no need. This one is fine.

A little early to say if this neck support is of benefit, as have been using for one week only, 8 minutes a day and still having problems with neck pain, but this may be due to posture correction

First time I rested my neck on this I fell into a deep sleep for a few minutes. Hubby then tried it and he was snoring within seconds.This device helps relax your neck and lovely pressure points help you sleep.We are both in our 50s and work on computers so our postures are bad. This device is well worth the price. Its comfy, not too hard.I can lay it for longer than 8 minutes at a time love it so much 🥰

A lot better and more reasonable price for a simple foam plastic neck stretcher. After looking for hours for the best product and price this one was great. I tried a yellow pillow and found it uncomfortable. This one I have found so much better in a preferred shape and more or less comfortable. I guess that also means I know it's working too. I use it for max 15 mins as recommended not to be used for long but it allows me to meditate and stretch at the same time. I think it's a great reminder and motivator that I like and as a singer use when doing Alexander technique while getting out the pains of sleeping in my Uni room bed.

Lightweight and small and doesn't really do anything for me. Expected something bigger and squooshier.

Genuinely noticed no difference to my neck/posture/pain levels despite using this for months now - this may be due to health issues I have (EDS), however my husband has also tried it multiple times and just found it uncomfortable with no benefit. I’ll continue trying with it, however I don’t think it actually achieves anything. Also a bit of a kicker to see that you can purchase the same thing for literally 1/5 of the price elsewhere online.
