Almost Perfect!
As a female gifted with large breasts I suffer very severely with pain around the menstruation time and these are perfect to help me cool my body - breasts - down. They are small but convenient. Easy to store in the freezer but I just wish they would come in a little cotton bag you could keep the covers in when not in use as sadly these got lost very quickly so right now I can’t use these unless I’ll wrap them in some thin fabric.

Sooo what I needed
I just had surgery on my sinus and these were the perfect heating packs and size for what I needed. I heat them longer than the instructio, since they didn't stay hot for long. But with three you can change them out right away for what you need. They worked perfectly for me!

Don't Buy, they don't work.
Lousy as an ice pack. Doesn't actually freeze. I threw them away.....useless.

Don't stay cold very long.
These are probably okay for putting them on your eyes or for sinus headache but for injuries not sure they get or stay cold enough. I had an injured thumb that needed to be iced and they just don't stay cold very long other than that they're pretty nice little ice packs.
