At first glance, it's an attractive-looking device, but unfortunately, its performance left much to be desired.The primary issue I encountered was the machine's inconsistency. Every attempt yielded different results, and when I cross-checked the weight on other scales, there was consistently a discrepancy of at least 1 kilogram. This level of inaccuracy was frustrating, to say the least.However, I must commend the company's customer service. Upon receiving my 1-star rating, they promptly reached out to me via phone and WhatsApp to understand the problem. They even sent a replacement machine, which was appreciated.Regrettably, the replacement machine still displayed a significant degree of inaccuracy, consistently registering weights at least 1 kilogram lower than other scales. While the customer service was commendable, the core issue remained unresolved.It's worth noting that the company representatives continued to reach out to me in an effort to improve the rating. It's evident that they are genuinely concerned about customer feedback and ratings.I am writing this review with the hope that it will deter further messages from the company urging me to change my rating. My intention is not to tarnish their reputation but to express my honest experience with their product.In summary, while the customer service was top-notch, the weighing machine's accuracy issues persist. I hope my feedback helps both potential buyers and the company itself in addressing this concern.

Product Quality is good, but if you living near by Rivers water plants, or constructions area this product after some time like 1,2 year will not work due to junk captured in Motherboard area and will not work but as per Price is good. But I recommend to all kindly go with Analog System it will not requires any battery cells and other things as you know.

This weighing scale is worth the price. It shows weight in kgs and pounds, is easy to read, and is lightweight. Batteries are provided. I don’t know yet how long the batteries will last and how easy it is to replace them, but for the moment, I am very pleased with this product and use it every day.
