Love these boots!
This is my third pair. They are the most comfortable winter boots I have ever owned. I won't wear any other brand.

Bearpaw
Very beautiful arrangement of colors of boots. More affordable than other brands. These run small though and there is no half-sizing, so I had to return mine.

I ordered 1/2 size larger because a size 9 is not a size 9 in 2022/23
This is my 5th pair of online boots purchased this year. One 9 was too large and the rest, including size 9 boots I tried on in stores, are all too short, like an 8-3/4. So I got these in a 9.5 and they fit great with socks. However, I will have to return these because the tread is even less that it seems in the pictures. It's more like "siping" that would be done to a tire. So - the positive news: If you live in a city where there is virtually no snow on the ground, and the temps are above freezing, these will be great cute boots for you. If you want to wear them sockless, maybe order your regular boot size. However, I have too much snow and ice on the ground, and so I'm afraid to keep them, and I will be returning them, unfortunately.

Warm boots!
The first thing I liked about these is that they are so warm! The fur lining is thicker than Ugg. The suede material feels substantial enough to survive cold conditions. I’ve been a loyal owner of Uggs for years but these are my first pair of Non-Ugg boots. I can’t tell a big difference. There are a few personal things I like about bearpaw than Ugg such as the lining as mentioned. They are a little tight at first but will loosen and conform to your foot after walking in them for 30 minutes. I got the color Hickory, and it goes with everything especially floral patterns!

Worth it. Sizing, stitching, (incorrectly) scared by bad reviews.
I recently moved to the East Coast, and I wanted to get boots in preparation for the cold winters here. I have never before needed boots of any kind, but I remembered that when I was younger I really really wanted Uggs since all my Australian friends had them. While searching online for Uggs I found out that they are ridiculously expensive (or at least they are for me because I'm a college student). I wasn't ready to swallow the cost since I've never bought boots before, never had shoes from the Ugg brand, and I like getting my shoes in-store/in-person. Anyways a friend, from MA, referred me to Bearpaw.Having read a lot of the reviews about sizing differences and the quality of the soles I was a little apprehensive. I'm glad to say that my fears were totally unfounded though. Based on the reviews I was planning on going .5 sizes up. I'm a size 9-9.5, and I was about to order the size 10 as advised by other reviewers. However, on the advice of my friend who recommended the brand to me I ordered my exact size. The size 9.5 shoes I ordered fit great. I can wear them comfortably with thin socks, sports socks, or without socks. My right shoe always fits perfectly, but the left shoe is a little snug when I wear thicker socks. This is totally fine for me, but if you only like wearing fluffy socks with your boots then I would get the .5 size above your usual size. The lining and stitching on the exterior of the boots look great– It actually looks better than the stitching in the photo. The color (I got the boots in chocolate) is basically accurate, but just a titch lighter than color in the picture. I prefer the actual color of the boots though. The only problem I have is that for small sections of the heel I can see the glue connecting the sole with the bottom of the boot's exterior, and I'm worried about how that will hold up. Also the inner lining sheds a little on my socks whenever I wear them, but I'm sure that's normal (again wouldn't know since I've never worn boots before). The box was delivered on time, both boots were in separate plastic (but biodegradable) bags, and there was the added bonus of there being anti-mold tabs that came with the boots. Love that Bearpaw is a company that is concerned for the environment as well, and that it's affordable as far as winter ware goes.Update 2 months later: The soles have held up. The shoes are still really warm and comfortable, but enough fluff came out that the size is now perfect. My boots stopped shedding on my socks after the first month of wear. The only problem I have is that the stitching on my right boot is coming undone a little, but I can fix that.

Great Plum Color and Happy So Far
Visited NYC in Nov, wore my "U" brand boots with side zippers, and came home with two quarter sized bloody blisters near my ankles thanks to the zippers digging into my skin. Needless to say, I had to toss the "U" boots even though I didn't wear them on a regular basis and decided to give Bearpaw a shot.Really Love the Plum color and the price point. Zipperless means pull on and TBH, I was expecting that to be a problem, but it hasn't been. I kept my "U" care kit, so I treating the Bearpaw's upon receipt and have the brushes handy too. Not much rain or snow (fingers crossed) so far in NJ this winter, so I cannot comment on Bearpaw's holding up under those conditions. So far, I'm happy with my choice to switch to another brand.

Perfect!
I owned a pair of Bearpaw boots this color and love to hem. I wanted something a little shorter and apparently not ankle length ( long story). These fit perfectly, I always wear two pairs of songs with my Bearpaws and chose to do the same with these boots. My feet are warm toasty (usually cold & frosty), and very comfortable and not scrunched up at all. I have a very narrow foot and this is one of the reasons why I wear two pairs of socks. These were the perfect length for what I was looking for. I was actually hoping for a lighter gray, but I couldn't find it anywhere. If you show size falls into half size, go up a size: I'm a 8 1/2 and ordered a 9. Like I said perfect fit for me.I sprayed them with water repellent just before going out into the snow we and slush, DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
