Village Hat Shop Maroon Fez with Black Tassel

My head measured at the upper edge of Large or the beginning of XL. I opted for XL, because I assumed that Large would be just a smidge too small. But I was wrong. XL was just a bit too big. So I ordered a Large and it fit just right. I guess what I'm trying to say is, these hats are true to size. They are also well made, well packed and just what I had hoped for. 100% wool. These are not Halloween costume junk. I am impressed.

I always have wanted a fez for my hat collection. For a couple book club we are in we read “The man in a white sharkskin suit”. Besides his white suit, the man commonly wore a fez while relaxing. Finally I had an excuse to get one. I wore it to our book club and was the hit of the event!

Of benefit to future customers would be a chart showing what hat sizes were within the range of small, medium, large, xlarge, xxlarge and xxxlarge. Such as if your size is 7 to 8 then order a medium.
