Ok so for starters you need the softer brush otherwise the powder goes everywhere. Figured that out the hard way. I suggest using a second (firmer) brush with your toothpaste after you brush with the powder first. Be careful with it. I created a toothbrush shaped hole in the centre to avoid extra loss of product. It took me a few days to get the hang of it but I’ve ordered 3 more and my partner wants in on it because he says he can see the difference. This is not an overnight result. Keep at it, be patient and set realistic expectations. It’s part of my daily routing now and probably always will be. It’s gentle on your enamel and gums. As someone who always prefers the natural approach this is a winner for me.

Used this for a week now, and I love it. Use it twice a day and within a week I've noticed my teeth are much cleaner. It’s a little bit messy so be careful opening it up. But its well worth it.

Nice brush, which you need as the charcoal powder is a little messy and you don’t want to use it on your normal brush.
