Roller TOOOOOO Skinny
My floors are covered in 18 X 18 in porcelain tiles. Their surface is smooth but apparently not glass smooth so since the brush is not thick it looks like some surface area does not get washed. It does not seem to be too bad but it concerns me. I have always felt the brush needs to be thicker.

Not Thick Enough
It is very expensive and does not last long because the roller is not thick enough. it does leave trails of uncleaned areas . very disappointed.
