Soft material used for Insert Tool Head.
Product arrived in time and is well presentedin its metal box.Issue seems to be the hardness (or lack of it) of the insertion tool. I purchased the kit to do an M6 repair and for the price i decided to buy the kit as apposed to just a single tool.I used the M6 tool for the first time, drilling and tapping where fine. The problem can when trying to remove the insert tool having screwed the insert in. The slot to hold the coil had twisted while inserting the coil to the point is was vey difficult to remove the tool ! After much twisting and turning i finally managed to remove the tool. Fortunately the insert wasn't damaged and i proceeded to do the repair successfully.Will now have to purchase another tool to do the M6 inserts with as the one supplied with the kit is now not able to take the insert coil due to it being misaligned and the slot closed up.
