Great product really easy to use, nice looking product and makes great coffee

This replaced a very old basic machine from De'Lhongi which had given quite a few years good service. This is a mopre sophisticated and versatile machine, with a very much improved, hassle free milk-facility and so far I have been quite pleased with the results. Still searching for beans that will give me that 100% true professional coffee flavour, which seems so far to have eluded the ability of these automatic machines tho'. I bought this at a very competetive price and am happy with it at the price I paid, especially as it was not too much more than I paid for the old basic machine! The quality, as ever, seems excellent.

This is a very good bean to cup machine. It has plenty of drink options and you can change numerous settings such as coffee strength, bean grind and water temperature. I like a normal long coffee. I have found that the best way to do this is to use the espresso button and then to top the cup up with the hot water button and add milk. This gives a much nicer coffee than just using the "coffee" button. Therefore even though it's just hot water I think the "hot water" button on this model is very useful in making the best tasting long coffee and some of the Magnifico Evo models don't have this button. The machine also makes very good lattes and cappuccinos.

If you are a daily coffee lover and enjoy good flavour coffee on the regular basis but want a compact machine? Then this is it for you.I ordered this one because it was the narrowest I could find from De'Longhi which still offered high blending power. At first, I was bit worried that this machine wouldn't be able to put out the power of the bigger machines to blend my beans. Yet, I found this to be satisfactory enough and I love it! It could have a bit bigger bean storage to my own preference but not a massive negative.The design is rather modern and looks very good. No complaints here especially if you have other modern design kitchen robots then this one will fit in perfectly.I love the fact that this machine offers so many different coffee types from espresso to latte. I did not find any issues with milk dispenser. Just followed the instructions provided and it worked just fine.I still believe for this price, you could get a better value for money if your main problem isn't size.

Unfortunately, despite carefully reading the lengthy set-up instructions, I could not get the milk function to work properly. The milk attachment plugs into the same socket on the front of the machine as the hot water tap. As soon as the hot water tap is plugged in the corresponding icon on the control panel lights up and you can then use it. But getting the milk attachment icon to light up was almost impossible. The icon did light up twice but why then and not before I have no idea. However, when on each of these instances I pressed the respective icons for a milky drink the milk attachment made a lot of noise but actually processed zero milk. The respective icons then when out and I couldn't get them back. After 2.5 hours of trying I repacked the machine and sent it back to Amazon for a refund. I have since replaced it with a simpler coffee machine and a separate milk frother... The reason I've given it two stars it that despite the problem with the milk it did produce black coffee drinks of decent quality.

It is a pretty heavy machine. Filter doenst click in but coffee is nice and looks great
