Jar is TOO Weak to Hold Liquids - Collapses!!!
As you can no doubt see, these jars cannot withstand pressure from liquids: The sides fold or implode.However, if you plan to use these jars for dry storage then you are probably OK.We bought the jars to make our annual batch of classic Limoncello (following my Great-Grandmother's handwritten receipt). After just 12 hours, the sides collapsed.Off they go back to Amazon via Whole Foods drop off and we ordered some excellent glass jars right here on Amazon for virtually the same price!
