Wow! Right out of the box this was easy to use. I plugged it into my phone and it immediately started working. I touched one button to connect my contacts and one button to Start the photo transfer. Just like that my photos were moving and my contacts transferred over in a millisecond! Nothing but good things to say about this product! Now I’m only wishing I bought a bigger size so I could get everything off of my computer too. It comes with a USB connection on one end and a lightning connection on the other end. It also comes with an adapter so you can use it for any Android device. A definite win! Thank you so much for a great product!!

This is junk!! Followed the instructions and downloaded the Y disk app. The app has very bad reviews and kind of sucks.Spent some time copying the videos and find out later they do not play or transfer!Waste of money and time!

Perfect size, included a nice sturdy case for storage as well as instructions that are easy to follow.

The instructions for iPhone and iPad are very confusing and incomplete. For iPhone, you can only transfer photos and movies, no documents with the required app. For the iPad, the "required" app does not work. However, if you do NOT open the app and just go your iPad Files area, you will see that the flash drive is listed and you can access to transfer photos, movies AND documents.

This is a great way to keep your storage on your internal iPhone free from clutter and it also allows you to keep a lot of empty space on your internal drive so you can take new pictures without having to upgrade your storage. I think it a great and sleek way to store important pictures/videos that can be taken with you in your pocket. So the Portability of it is great too.

You only need to plug in and it will backup your photos/videos on your phone. However, if you want full sizes photos, you need make sure your phone has the full size by check the download and keep original setting. Once your photos are full size, you get the full size backup photos.
