Great product
Product arrived damaged with 1 broken ignition wire. But Elica authorised installer (Ashiq Khan - Big Enterprises) installed it and offered free replacement of the ignition which was damaged in shipping. It fitted into existing slot in our kitchen granite with ease.Thank you.

UTTER WASTE PRODUCT -WARRENY ONLY ONE YEAR
The media could not be loaded. I brought this waste product 14 months ago. When I contacted the problem started low flame after that High flame . Now High flame with BOOM sound .They mentioned in the site TWO YEAR COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY MEANS 500 rupees per visit .

The media could not be loaded. Glass top broken while cooking within 4 months of purchase, auto ignition not working.dont buy elica i am deceived , within 4 months lot problem .flame became very slow gas leakage also no safty.i need replacement but no response poor service

Do not buy it's flame is too much low.If you cooks on normal gas stove the time this product takes double of normal gas stove.Requesting you please do not buy this product ever.

Low flame issue
Bought this product 4 years ago outside Amazon, and using it since then. Since the start, it has low flame issue, if you spill milk, it will be a nightmare to clean and flame will become lower, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
