Would have been five stars were it not for a tiny but important nub missing on one side of the lid and I had too many nuts but not enough screws. The instructions to put this together were not as helpful as they could be since none of the pieces are labeled, but it was easy enough to figure out! If you're missing screws like I am, you'll have to plug the holes in the bottom meant to keep the dividers in place; fry can and have swam right out of them, but I just put some guppy grass through.

Suction cups don't work well at all. Needs bigger or better made ones. Box was sturdy enough, but just wouldn't stick to glass. If using this product, try to make sure you have a piece of rock close enough to the glass so when it without doubt slides down it still sort of holds it up in the middle of the tank. also plastic divider pieces were chipping off when I released the fish.

It went together easily and is holding up well with direct flow on it. Ready to use tomorrow with some incoming fish.

My breeder box arrived with a broken piece and a pretty significant crack on the bottom part. [Returning Item]I will repurchase this breeder box in the near future. Until then...

Big Time Bummed. Fry will get eaten. Even bigger fry fit through the cracks. ALL of our fish we have moved to this breeder box have now been eaten. Our blue eyed lemons. Our super reds. As well as an larger batch of Long Fin Albinos.Had hopes the breeder box would allow us to raise fry in the same aquarium as the adults while protecting them from predation, to consolidate on individual set ups! BIG regret. (feeder box not breeder box)(in the picture above, just checked the box again, there were nineteen, now just one) 💔 Will be returning..

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this for my guppy female when she have baby, is also nice to putt betta in this divider, normally I put three betas in the same tank with 10 guppies they are not fighting, sometime my Blue beta chase other red beta but with 40 gallon tank they can run away without problem.
