several yrs ago I had got some "peppercorn medley" from big lots believe it or not haha, and I liked it much better than regular black pepper as it seems to be getting hotter to me. It's probably just me changing but I used to use a good bit of normal pepper yet now seems spicy as hell to me whence the medley, yet that first was the only medley that i considered mild, all others have been just as hot as regular. this medley is as I have been on the search for, actual flavor over spice.

Great products with a Himalayan salt is really good and as well as the peppercorn medley, would highly recommend it!!
