Product description Delivering Natural Alignment Arch-hugging comfort is designed into every shoe we make, supporting your body’s natural alignment from the ground up. Shoes for Plantar Fasciitis When you are suffering from plantar fasciitis, you may experience great relief by using orthotics. Plantar fasciitis can be reduced when your feet are properly supported. Orthotic inserts can help realign your feet, which can reduce plantar fasciitis due to misalignment. Trusted by Podiatric Specialist The American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) is the leading resource for foot health information, representing 15,000 podiatrists across the U.S. Many Vionic products carry the APMA Seal of Acceptance, which certifies that they are beneficial in promoting foot health. Vionic is one of the few footwear brands with demonstrated ability to provide proper support. In order to earn the Seal of Acceptance, each product is reviewed by a group of APMA podiatrists to ensure its safety and overall quality, as well as its effectiveness. Review: Size explanation + GREAT SLIP-ON! - Because of the different reviews regarding the size of these shoes, I was confused over what to order. So I ordered both a size 7.5 and an 8, (even though I mainly wear a size 8). Here is the issue that I believe Vionic needs to fix: The size 7 fits the LENGTH of my foot perfectly... but the molded arch is placed too far forward in the shoe, making my foot not stay in the correct position in the shoe when I walk. The size 8 fits my arch perfectly, but the actual length of the shoe is a touch longer than I’d prefer. If the size 7 had just had the arch in the right place, I would’ve kept them, but I had to keep the size 8, because I didn’t want my arch to not be supported correctly. I believe this length vs arch issue must be the reason others sometimes say that they run big. The above said, I still LOVE this shoe! I wanted a slip-on shoe that I could also wear with socks, and these work well. The adjustable flap is appreciated. And, of course, Vionic’s arch support cannot be beat! I bought 11 other pairs of shoes before finding these! Vionic has one other pair that I liked that I can wear socks with, and I kept those, too. These shoes are sort of “shuffle” around the house shoes... the others are easier to walk faster in. (I’ll come back and edit this when I can look up the name of the other style.) They are called “Pacific Ellie Wedge”... but just a warning to the elderly crowd, if you are at all unsteady on your feet, opt for the slipper type instead of the Ellie ones, as they have a platform sole that can (unless you walk perfectly) cause you to turn your ankle. These slippers/shoes are so nice that I’m sending my Mother a pair for her 92nd birthday.😊 She had the same issue I had, needing a shoe, that still looks pretty, to be able to slip on and off, with or without socks. I don’t know why most shoes with arches are so ugly! I find that most are either decorated with rhinestones, or look like a 200 year old corpse should be wearing them. Vionic is the only company who will have a few styles every year that are pretty enough, yet plain enough, to wear. I tried ordering Skechers new arch support shoes, but their soles are made out of a terrible, foamy type material that squishes with your bad “foot posture”... like memory foam mattresses do with your back. I found them useless because they didn’t support my feet in the proper position. Finding the right shoe is murderously difficult! I won’t wear any shoes without arch support anymore... and I like classic styles and classic colors... so it’s very hard. But I’ve come to the point where I, usually, only look to Vionic for shoes and slippers. Wearing shoes with the correct arch support has completely stopped the growth and pain I had from a beginning bunion... I don’t know why shoes without arches are even allowed to be sold? If only I could’ve told my 20 year old self what my 50 year old self knows now.🙄 Hope this helps others with the same needs/issues.😊 Review: They Seem to Help With Plantar Fasciitis... for now. - I have only used these off and on for one day and I can already feel the difference. I have Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot for almost 2 years. It is driving me absolutely insane as I am still very active and busy and need mobility and independence. Add to that that I like to travel. It has been a nightmare. I wear a men's size 10.5 shoe and the size 11 of the Kiwi fits perfectly. The arch support is somewhat aggressive so be ready to feel pressure in your arches. I thought these would feel like they were going to slip off while walking, but somehow they stay put relatively well. They are built very well using what appears to be high quality materials. They have great traction when the bottoms are wet which surprised me (pleasantly). I do notice that the bottom of my feet sweat while wearing these, but they feel great so that's a small price to pay. I thought these would look like old cheap slippers you find in the discount isle... but they don't. They actually look pretty cool. I am anxious to see if there is any long term benefit from wearing the Vionic Kiwi. If there isn't... that's okay. As long as my feet feel good while wearing them and walking in them. Which, for now, is an absolute truth. Thanks Vionic!

They Seem to Help With Plantar Fasciitis... for now.
I have only used these off and on for one day and I can already feel the difference.

Helps with heel pain
These are great if you need good arch support and suffer from heel pain but they run big and that can make it hard to walk so I'd suggest getting a smaller size. I will be buying these in a smaller size and trying other Vionic shoes. Well worth the money. I also added my experience with another brand in the video to help out those in pain because I've had to do a lot of research along with trial and error so I wanna help others as much as possible.

Favorite slippers!
I wore a pair of Orthoheel Nevada sandals as slippers for almost 10 years before they started to fall apart. They were no longer made, so I was in a bind. I have very flat feet and I've had a few surgeries on them (bone grafts and titanium stents), so I'm very aware that I need support all the time. My feet aren't made to go barefoot in the house. These sandals are the perfect replacement for my old pair. They are expensive, but I expect these to last the same 10 years. I love the firm support that these offer. I also like that they're cool for summer and I can wear socks with them in the winter. Let's be honest, these aren't cute, but they do the job. For flat, painful feet, these are perfect slippers! Update 2 years later: these are still holding up well, but are definitely showing some wear. I wanted to order a second pair to keep at our camp. I’ve now ordered two in the same size as my original pair and they are not the same. The new pairs are noticeably smaller. I called Vionic to ask about it, but they said that nothing has changed. Despite what they say, something has definitely changed. They’re shorter and the toe shape is slightly rounded. I would advise ordering a size up if you’re reordering after a few years.

I’d buy again
These slippers are great for recovery; super comfortable, especially for my wide 4E feet. I’m training for a marathon and they feel amazing after a run. I even walk my dog in them for over a mile a few times a day and they hold up well. Really glad I finally pulled the trigger to buy these

Great for plantar fasciitis issues.
I've had minor plantar fasciitis pain for awhile now but it's gotten worse recently to the point where I am limping around and it's affecting my knee and all that. I bought shoe inserts which help when I am out and about. I got a copper fit foot thing and a those band things you wrap around your foot with a pad on the bottom which help when I am laying around watching tv or what ever but for walking around the house on hard floors and where ever else I can wear sandals... these Vionic things make the biggest difference. Within a few days I was looking forward stepping into these when I get out of bed and when I pull my shoes off at the end of the day. They are pretty expensive as far as sandals go but well worth it. They are cool, comfortable. easy to clean and they really help take away the pain I wind up with after wearing anything else.

Great Support, Too Wide, Too much friction when you walk
First, Vionic shoes have wonderful arch support. They run wide which causes the bottom of your feet to rub as you walk. They have velcro adjustments, but they cannot be snugged up enough to compensate for footbed which is too wide. They were returned.

Vionic makes the best shoes!
I have heel spurs and plantar fasciitis...or I did. Then I bought my first pair of Vionic shoes. With the high arch support (which stretches the plantar fascia) and the deep, highly cushioned heel cup (so it doesn’t hurt my heel when I step on the bone spur), I no longer have the painful and activity- hampering symptoms that at one point made me consider an early retirement. I have about 10 pairs of Vionic shoes and they are consistently comfortable and wear well. They are the only shoes I wear!

Super belle qualité et ne déçoit pas.
Cette sandale est de bonne qualité. Par contre je me suis un peu trompée en prenant la grandeur 10 pour homme qui équivaut à 11 de dame. J'aurais dû prendre un point plus petit.

Great in shape
Although great in shape yet it's not the most comfy to wear and the herl is a bit short for some one who has Plantar fasciitis or calcification achillis
