This never fit in my mouth proper. The small one was too small and the large one was to big...It made me drool! I have worn a mouth guard for 15 yrs. and always on the bottom. I'll have one professionally made from my dentist

Overall, if you want to test out with cheap option before getting one at your dentist’s office, this would work.The instructions are straightforward. Boil water then wait 30 seconds. Add the guards and wait another 45 seconds and put it in your mouth.It comes with 2 sizes. I tried both and the bigger one eventually fits for me.

I have TMJ and could use a back up for a good mouth guard. They did not clearly state that you cannot use if you have TMJ. Not really pleased, wanted to have a backup and they should have stated this prior to seeing it only on the label when I got it. I’m not the only one with TMJ

I wanted to try this as a change from the expensive mouth guards that my dentist wants me to wear. Those guards are for the bottom teeth, but this one is for the top. (I have had dentists tell me the top is better, so who knows?) The instructions seemed easy enough, but perhaps the water I had was still too hot, as it seemed to disintegrate some of the material when I put it in the water. So maybe that is why the guard doesn't feel comfortable- it feels like a big protrusion at my upper lip front tooth area. I used the smaller of the two molds that come with it - and I appreciate the ability to customize it like that. Since it's so much less expensive than the dentist's guards, I will probably buy one again just to see if the second time comes out any better. If it does, I will update...
