Does not read blood glucose correctly
I purchased this because it states blood glucose reading but, as a diabetic I liked the idea of getting a reading at any time . But the readings are so far under that cannot be used for the intended use. Don’t wast your money on this item.

Dont get it to monitor sleep
Whilst the watch appears rather swish with all the functions, the accuracy is very questionable! The BIG THING is when it wakes you up at 4 or 5 am by vibrating with a backup. Cant see a way of stopping or rescheduling that. No good for monitoring sleep if it wakes you up in the middle of the night! Was tempted by the price, wont get it again.

Dissapointing product
The smartwatch has some good features. However functionality of the features is dissapointing. Interface with IOS could be better. The supporting app could be much better. Results can be inaccurate. Product needs to be improved and not worth the price.

For its money the watch is very reasonable.
The VFM is good, but, its weakness is in areas where accuracy is vital e.g., the "Blood Glucose" test, where quite sophisticated technology is required. I used my stick tester and received a reading (preprandial) of 3.8 mml/L., the watch, on 3 tests gave an average of 6.8 mml/L. Useless for a diabetic (I'm not diabetic) who needs accurate measurements. Other functions were quite accurate, i.s., blood pressure, heart rate and body temperature, all fell within acceptable parameters.

Not clinically accurate, but...
I bought this watch to compare smartwatch Continuous Glucose Monitoring with the Freestyle Libre2 arm sensor and finger-pricking. It has a 30min lag from finger-pricking (Libre is around 10mins) and so not useful for alarms. I think it reads CGM using an infrared sensor that reads just under the skin whereas the Libre reads from a deeper needle, so the watch connect see or read the same range of glucose swings. I found the Libre uncomfortable to wear and has to be changed every 14days at some cost. The watch just works and I finger-prick every few days to keep on top of the calibration. The watch is useful for other things like telling the time, counting steps, temperature, heart rate etc. So I will keep the watch and return the Libre.
