ghis pan works as stated ,,,but do not use metal utensils as it scratched ;; learned the hard way still like it

I hate to give anything two stars, but I was really disappointed in the quality of this pan. I think the quality has gone down since I last ordered these pans about three years ago. I recently ordered two, returned one as it was chipped on the inside of the pan. I returned it and was quickly sent a replacement that was also chipped. So I returned that for a credit. So instead of having two new frying pans I only have one. Not sure what I will buy next.

Be sure to prime it first before using. I does not sit flat on a glass top stove. I have only been using is a week

This pan has a great finish on it if you make sure you use the correct utensils - no metal....

The coating will chip off sooner or latter,not good,i'm sticking with ss pans

Love these pans. Just do not use on high. If pan gets too hot it becomes a hellpan.

Bought two of these in 2011. Used one occasionally, the other frequently. Before long, the frequently used one became extremely difficult to clean - food stuck to it. Before long, the finish turned black, and it would not clean off. Upon contacting Orgreenic, I was told they would replace it under their 'lifetime warranty'. All I had to do was send the old one to them at my expense along with a check for $7.95 to cover shipping for the replacement. I do not consider this a warranty if I have to pay for anything. I think it is a scam to make the product appear appealing to prospective buyers. Buy it at your risk, just don't expect it to necessarily work well, and don't expect a reasonable warranty.

Love this pan! I use it for everything. Meat browns beautifully, eggs and pancakes slide right out, the pan takes it all. No idea how long it will hold up under my use, but after the first month it is doing great!

Make sure you season first and when you use the pan it works best when warmed before putting food in. Best pan I've ever bought.
