extremely disappointing experience I’ve had with my recent purchase of a Blue Star air conditioner, despite my friends advising me against it due to the brand's declining service reputation. Unfortunately, their warnings proved to be accurate. Just a day after installation, I encountered water leakage from the indoor unit. I promptly raised a complaint with the service center, but instead of sending a qualified senior technician as requested, they repeatedly sent random mechanics. Over the course of a month, I raised three separate service tickets, resulting in six visits and two parts replacements, yet the issue remained unresolved. The unit was opened and tampered with three times within this short period, which raises serious concerns about its long-term durability and performance. Ultimately, I requested the unit to be returned. However, even after two scheduled pickup attempts, the item has not been collected, and my refund is still pending. This has caused unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience. I expected much better support from both Blue Star and Amazon, especially when it comes to after-sales service and resolution of defective product issues. I kindly urge Amazon to expedite the return and refund process at the earliest, as my money is currently stuck and I have been left without a working product. Looking forward to prompt action on this matter.

Looks sleek. The light from display works like a good night lamp. If you don't want, you can turn it off from remote. Turbo mode is awesome. It cools the room faster. Have to check the electricity bill. Remote is good. You can set timer on and timer off in remote. Clock available. Installation guys charged appox 3000/-. They informed it is better to have a separate stabilizer

AC is effective, worth money paid, service by TANISHA REFRIGERATION, GURGAON, Is excellent. Got it installed same day when delivered. Installation person was cooperative. They charge little more( 2150/-) as compared to amount mentioned in service/installation on Amazon which was 1199/- plus GST. But provided bill for full amount paid so No issues. Out door Unit installation Stand was also not included in product so purchased separately for Rs. 700/-. But Product is worth buying specially warranty 5/5/10 on PRODUCT/PCB/COMPRESSOR, Also given in written by Amazon as on BLUESTAR PORTAL it was showing 01/05/10. Service provider was also supportive. Thanks Bluestar and Amazon.

This is a decent product for the price of 34,500. Only downside is the initial noise level. Although it's not that high. The installation by blue star was on time and efficient. Would like to recommend this to someone who is looking for a decent 3 star ac.

Don't buy. Worst service ever. Just 8months old and the Ac is found to have a leakage inside the indoor unit. Technician visit the site and told that the gas refilling will be on chargeable basis. Tried to contact service centre but reply is same.
