First time I received broken productWhen I replaced it, I did not received the assessment box in it. no use without assessment box.I have not used this product after purchasing

The media could not be loaded.  Torch is working sometimes n stopped.. Bobbin thread is not working, 3 switches are there from which 3 are doing unexpected work when I switch torch machine gets on and when I switch machine torch is coming and some kind of voice is coming when machine stucks between sewing cloth.... Only half an hour it works after that it stops working... I have tried many times to start but finally need to return this!!!!

Received the item tow days back. Just wow and its amazing. It can work on electricity, as well as on battery. This machine is very small. looks like a toy, but it works great for small projects. It is so light that it moves when you are doing a lot of sewing. Works well. Also every little equipment are available in this pack. The additional package of threads and bobbins has come in handy as well. It had all the items as described in the picture including a small box containing stitching materials like thread reels, hand sewing needles, thread cutter. It is perfect for me and rated it based on that. Body built quality is excellent. Plus point is that it is light weight and can be moved anytime anywhere.
