False advertising
The media could not be loaded. Not a serum it is a spray with not even a hint of Rosemary, appears to just be water

Faulty spray.
The media could not be loaded. The dispenser is not spraying out anything, bottle still full. Not sure why, would look for another dispenser and try it from there.

Expensive for what it is.
My hair is really suffering due to rogue thyroid. Thought this might help as it's recommended by several high profile people. All it did was make my hair lank. An expensive mistake.

Lovely product that has made my hair silky soft and smooth. Too early to tell if it has thickened my hair yet but if nothing else the hair I do have looks awesome!
