Lovely and cute toy. Only one thing, the velcro fastening at the back where the batteries are stored is not flush, which means it sticks up so the back of the teddy isn't cuddlable.

Lovely teddy, nice size for cuddling, soft with a great light function. My granddaughter loves it.

This has turned up and doesn’t work but we received no kind of receipt or anything can we stil get an exchange ?

Love this teddy bear. Although I didn’t buy it from amazon, it’s the exact same make/bear. It is lovely, soft and cuddly, with a soothing rainbow of interchanging coloured LED lights. It runs on 3 aa batteries and you turn her lights on and off with a little button in her paw. It’s well made too. Ideal for kids, (and big kids, like me), especially when it’s hard to sleep. You’re never too old for a teddy bear.
