Schwarzkopf Simply Color Permanent Hair Colour 6.84 True Red

I bought the color Mahogany 6.8, it changed my hair color from light red to black. I want a refund.

I was using cuticoliur but it’s expensive and not kuch colour variety so I thought of going with a cheaper alternative and came across Schwarzkopf Simply Colour .. I was so glad that I bought 2 packs … today I tried true red and the hair is still black .. it didn’t even get one shade lighter .. secondly but most importantly I am getting itchy scalp and I also got some red chemical burnt sort of reaction on my left ear and neck. Also it has some chemical smell that might be felt in mouth also. The other pack is yet to be delivered. I will return it and will continue with my good old cuticoloir…

The media could not be loaded.  I have ordered true red shade. After applying whole tube and keeping it for more than 45 mins, my hair color is still the same (brown color). Very disappointed.
