Plastic is not the best quality. Couldn't return because I was leaving on ...
Arrived with a broken length tension device. Plastic is not the best quality. Couldn't return because I was leaving on a trip the next day. Fixed it with a pipe clamp. The redneck fix worked great. They performed flawlessly during my trip. My advice is keep a few pipe clamps handy and these will be good to go.*****UPDATED*****Was contacted by the company and was told they will issue a full refund for the product. They seem to care for the customer and are willing to correct an issue. I will continue to use them with the pipe clamp fix.

Super Poles!
Took these on a pretty hard hike for the first time. I could not have gone without these poles. Very light weight, strong and durable. Great price, only giving it four stars because the click-joints become a little loose if you put a lot of weight on them. But again, the trail I was on was very, very hard. Would purchase these poles again in a second! A++

Best deal on trekking poles I ever made.
I can't tell the differences between these and the expensive ones except when I lose one of these it doesn't hurt so much. Why pay a lot for a pole when you can pay a lot less for the same features.I only wish I could buy one for have the price of a pair.Amazon is funny and prices fluctuate daily, be watchful. I paid $12 for mine.

I'm not a hard core hiker (anymore). I bought these poles to simply give me more stability on the trails I do hit. They are sturdy, lockable and have all the perks of more expensive poles. They only thing I'm concerned with is how long the tip will last as we have lots of rocky trails. Hope they sell replacements for that. I haven't looked into it. For the price you can't go wrong!

Excellent product, though strong fingers are needed to adjust it.
I really like these poles! They are comfortable and lightweight. They look good, too. Four stars is because I wish there were a tool available to tighten the locks. I had some trouble at the beginning getting the locks tight enough just by grabbing them with my two fingers, as shown on the documentation. It's a little irritating to the fingers, and I wish I could get a little more torque like I could with a tool. Some poles don't need tightening. These do. Otherwise, great!!

DO NOT BUY THESE POLES. Almost killed me.
DO NOT BUY These poles. One broke almost right away and I had to duck tape them to keep them in one piece and then the baskets broke and these became worthless and dangerous.

Cheep and broke after 2 uses
Broke after 2 hikes. Snapped at the clamp. Stay away from this cheep brand.

It is true to the description, very safe, reliable, handles are comfortable. The only thing I didn't really like is when it collapses, but it only happens when I have to put my whole body weight on it to skip a big rock or going down a very incline hill, and it is very slow the way it collapses, not putting in risk of you falling. It is really safe!
